There is a slight edge towards stuff for the closer versus other spots. Batters tend to be more patient and force pitchers to throw strikes more in the 9th. As such, being able to throw something nasty in the zone is usually prefereable for closers.
Ballpark App trick is legit. Bought 3 $20 seats and when upgrades opened the morning of the game (7am), I upgraded all 3 seats to 10th row behind 1st base for $63 each ($149 retail) I saved at least $200
I would like to see Tucker start hitting balls outta the park a little more frequently. He definitely has the ability. He is underperforming with a pace of 21 Home runs this season. Would be nice if he went on a tear.
He is cheating in some way. Maybe he sold his soul. I'm sure he will eventually and get that OPS up. Below .800 is not good for him.
I understand wanting Meyers over Julks. On Salazar, I'm not convinced he's the third worst catcher on the roster.
Unfortunately performance "potential" outweighs performance history when it comes to handing out FA contracts.
