    Woj: - In the first 3 minutes Woj talks about how Giannis really liked Griffin and Jon Horst went into the hiring process paying more attention to assistant coach's around the league and his past relationship with Griffin played apart in hiring him.

    Shams: - Shams details how Bucks FO, ownership and especially Giannis wanted Adrian Griffin and no-one else.

    I really like Monty Williams, got the blame in Phoenix and didn't deserve it. He did an excellent job there.

    Holy crap, that's a HUUUUUUGE overpay. I mean, it's the owner's money and it doesn't count against the cap so whatever. But it does send a signal that the coach matters to the players.

    Also, so freaking glad we got Ime for just 7million per year now when people were complaining and trying to save Fertits money.

    I think Monty turned down the job initially and they wanted him so bad they offered a ton more money.

    Very true, I am shocked but a young team needs a decent, good coach...... we already knew that after Silas.
