I agree, we focus more on the style rather than the substance of the results. This attitude is more common in tech than suit and tie environments. Even then it takes an uber genius to make pitches in assless chaps and secure VC funding. As for the tech workplace, you normally don't see women dressing down at the office even if it's casual with people coming to work in hoodies or Tshirts you sleep in. We got it good, gents.
