Great job there Pena - deciding you are going to swing at the first pitch before you even walk into the box.
Dusty tried to get a little too much out of Bielak, he's a 75-80 pitch guy. I understand why he did it, he was pitching really well, but hopefully he plays it on the safe side moving forward. Bielak did his job today. It's not either guys fault that this offense is in a coma. Dusty probably yanks Bielak on time if we had done anything offensively.
I heard on the radio Abreu made some type of agreement with Dusty, Bagwell and Crane that no matter what he will be allowed to play everyday and he would always be in the middle of the line-up. I wish he was less prideful for the betterment of the team but he's probably in denial.
Here's 10 hours of watching grass grow. Infinitely more exciting then watching the Astros offense the past two days.
Near the bottom in the league in scoring in 7 innings or lower..so we suck at against starting pitchers. Even ones with ERA of 10 it seems like.
