Even better- As far as I understand, the Pattison Bat-verse is separate from both the DCEU and the upcoming DCU.
Affleck is on his way out. Though not quickly enough. He's joint worst Batman along with Clooney in my books. I hope Pattison's Hot Topic Batman gets a trilogy. It deserves a triligy like how the Burton/Keaton movies deserved one too. Gunn is casting a new Batman for his main DC universe.
I thoroughly enjoyed the last Spider Man with all of its callbacks. It wasn't the strongest movie in the franchise either. I would def watch if all Flash did was nothing but rip off themes from that and Back to the Future End Game.
I don't want to have to know that they are in separate universes. This is what MCU did great at first. Everything was on a singular path. Also, Affleck is a horrible Batman, but he's a great Bruce Wayne.
Given the decline of movies in general and especially remakes, I’m trying not to want to want to see this if that makes sense but yea, I kinda want to watch…looks interesting
Pretty cool cameo leaked by director. Spoiler Hint: @jiggyfly I sort of like that WB is giving the big FU to the MCU by doing a massive multiverse event years before Marvel's can culminate in Secret Wars.
Breh Spoiler There were real cameos and fake cameos Word up Fake cameos were bad CGI This looked like Resident evil graphics And breh Spoiler Batman Michael Keaton , not enough of him Super girl, pretty good but even less time on screen Zod = PlayStation 3 graphics
Good God was the CGI atrocious. The editing of the movie was really bad too. Pacing between scenes was awful. I do not understand why they cannot catch a break with these DC flicks. Pretty forgettable movie. Emo Latina Supergirl was sexy AF though.
It far from perfect but I had a good time with it. I'll agree that Sasha's Supergirl and Shannon's Zod were underutilized which was a shame. As for the movie itself I enjoyed it, reminded me of an old Star Trek The Next Generation episode called Tapestry which was a plus for me. If you dislike Ezra's acting, this movie isn't going to make you a fan. That being said I thought he did a solid job as both versions of the character. Keaton really just jumped back in his Bats role, people who grew up with his Batman will get a kick out of all the call backs and Easter Eggs once he hits the screen. The CGI is a bit of a headscratcher, some of it did seem unfinished especially in the back half. Issues and all I thought it was a solid B....
That's the only reason why I wanna see it. Ben still sucks as batman and who is the dude playing Flash? They couldn't get the other dude from the TV show?
