Imo we need a board overhaul and also Hainer gone, they have no football expertise and when they nod off decisions because Hoeneß likes something, it's obvious we aren't getting a proper philosophy on the pitch and regarding roster decisions.
Of course we'll still have the three guys of our main sponsors in there, but the rest and someone like Stoiber just make no sense at a football club.

This started with choosing the wrong coaches after Pep left like I said (completely different football style) and is mainly on Uli and Rummenigge, I won't fully blame someone like Brazzo who structured the roster according to the coaches that were chosen (when you are forced to play Kovac, Flick and Nagelsmann ball, it makes sense to buy power box to box players).
He at least also brought in guys like Gravenberch, Tel and Cancelo who can be utilized well in a dominant possession style, but Nagelsmann didn't use them.

Shame we imploded after Eberl took a new gig, I'd really like to see people like him making decisions for this club.
Wouldn't mind a Rangnick either to steer some things like he did at Hoffenheim and Leipzig.
Lahm can be an a**hole sometimes too, but at least he has football expertise and wouldn't shy away from making unpopular decisions, he isn't a yes man.

This shows it well too, Brazzo has been good with a lot of his transfer targets, but then gets blocked by the board who'd rather do three free transfers and several 20-40mil transfers for guys who never start, instead of paying 60-70 for someone who was destined to be the world's next big defensive midfielder.

Hate to tell y'all this but it's good for the Bundesliga for someone else, even if it's Dortmund, to win the league. I paid a lot more attention to it this season because it was actually a race. I saw an interesting stat recently. It showed the top leagues in the world and how long it's been for each league since 4 different teams won the league in 4 consecutive years. For the EPL it's been since the 2013-2016 seasons. It's never happened in Scotland. For the Bundesliga, it's only happened twice. The first 4 years of the league (1964-67) and not since 1990-93. But having been over a decade since someone else won is boring...at least for outsiders.

Bayern fans absolutely don't want to see Bayern winning the title every single year or 10yrs straight, it's boring to us too and this lack of competition leads to management mistakes and unmotivated players.

Does Teuchel survive? He was brought in to win the treble...and won nothing.

Even as a Bayern fan, I agree.

But it takes an epically embarrassing Bayern season like this one for someone else to finally win the league. It was a snails' race lol.

He's got full backing, they know it's mainly on the team and the development of the last 2-3years.

Main reason he was brought in was because the development under Nagelsmann was so bad and they realized the project is going nowhere. So while they had some hope it would salvage the season, it was as much done to reshape the team for the future.

As a United fan, I'd love for a 2nd place finish coming down to the last couple of weeks to qualify as an epically bad season again.

For clarification if the internal conflicts Kahn&Brazzo have are real, they aren't right for a position where you need to handle employees daily and need to have empathy.

My thoughts on this and last page were about the pure roster they created for the coaches Bayern had.

Offering an extension despite him being injured half of the contract and he leaves for PSG, really sucks.
Even worse to think that the board rejected the Rodri transfer because of him.

Good player, but Alaba was better. 80m was an insane overpay. If we can get most of that money back, bye bye.

Good league but the problems have been clear.

You only have had 2 big players and one of the big players always lose players.

If you watch EPL, there is at least the Top 6......and at least 2-3 that have the money like Newcastle, Westham or someone else.

Yes, but the way it was done was incredibly classless. Did you see Kahn's social media post?!

    Hoeneß is really the problem.

And Brazzo meanwhile got to be in his usual seat plus celebrated with the team on the pitch, coupled with the Kahn tweet this seems like Kahn had harsh words at the meeting where they announced his sacking yesterday and there's now bad blood?

Hainer, Hoeneß and the Hoeneß sycophants in the supervisory board should all go.
