If the Astros are going to carry three catchers then Díaz should be DH every game he’s not catching. Only times he shouldn’t is if one of the big names are getting a day off from the field to DH. Even then, those days could coincide with Díaz catching.
I know better with Dusty but it’s starting to piss me off. Julks is a nice story but not a major league bat. He should be the very last guy on the bench if he’s not in AAA.

 

offense is practically bottom 5 of the league.

pitchers need to be nolan ryan and expect to throw a perfect game for almost everything outings.

This. Also he hid multiple injuries so Vasquez wouldn't take any of his starts last season. He's very defensive about his starts and this being his team.
