    Julks has really trended down since his hot start. Hate that he's starting today when Chas is elite against lefties. Dusty never cared about that though.

    not sure if he's getting unlucky with all the perfect throw by the catchers (from what i've seen)
    or he's just not getting the right jump.

    because he's not slow but he's not extremely fast either.

    Pena has the 14th highest sprint speed in MLB (out of 407 players)

    Like you, I can't explain his basestealing ineptness, only thing he did wrong there was try and run against the guy with the strongest catcher's arm in MLB who made as perfect of a throw as you can make.
