#20, 2026 frp and their swaps back+Eason for Bridges. We get the high pick in 2024 but they go back to controlling their destiny.
Portland were willing and offering there 1st round pick last year to help Lillard, and what did they do? Drafted Shaedon Sharpe! Portland see the writing on the walls, trading the 3rd pick will not help Lillard win 50 games or win a Championship. Portland is going to draft their franchise player…Scoot and trade Lillard mid season or before.
For Bridges, I would not give them Eason or the #4 pick…it would be a great incentive for them to get their picks and swaps back….there team is going no where fast
I'm not the biggest Bridges fan, and even I think this is pretty insane. You're talking about a 26-year-old dude coming off an arguably career year who has three years on his contract that only pays him $22 million-$25 million a year. The Rockets would be lucky if they could get him for just the 4th pick, Brooklyn's 2024 first and one young player. The Nets might want more, and they'd be in the right to ask for it.
I’m surprised I’m not seeing any trades involving Josh Christopher the guy deserves a chance somewhere else.
Both? I don’t think the raptors will trade both. Preferably they would like to get rid of siakam before OG
If somehow Charlotte #2 Pick for Rockets #4 #4, KJ Martin, Josh Christopher, Usman Garuba, 20th Pick, Next Year's Nets Pick Portland Won't trade with Houston due to Western Conference, Charlotte should be the Target.
Raptors have good win-now complimentary pieces (Siakim, OG). The #3 + Simons can speed up Raptor's retool and add to their core with Barnes. If I'm Portland I'd offer Sharpe before I offer Simons. Simons is a win now piece, plus the #3 pick is already worth a lot. So the return has to be worth it. With OG, one of the reasons, Raptors are shopping him is they are don't want to (over)pay of OG could be maximum eligible. So if Portland ends up having to give big money to OG anyways, they could send less out to Toronto.
Yes but I doubt that’s enough… if Boston falls apart they could trade Jaylen Brown so blazers could possibly go after him in a sign and trade even if he signs 290 million dollar contract.
Yes. Henderson Simons Barnes Wendel Carter junior Poeltl that’s a nice young core Blazers Lillard Sharpe OG Siakam Nurkic Toronto can just let FVV walk or sign and trade him to a team like Orlando that he has been linked to. Wendel Carter junior type makes sense for Toronto
Because there is no point tanking if you don’t have your picks. Only way Nets trade Bridges is if Rockets are involved.
Let's go ahead and trade #4 and the Nets' picks for Mikal. With him and Harden, we will be a playoff team next year.
Assuming you get a verbal agreement from Harden, see if Tate, KMJ and 18 is enough to get DeMar. Trade down from #4 to Utah for their two picks. Draft Dick at 9 and Howard at 16. Sign Plumlee to a 2 year deal in FA. Harden/KPJ/Tyty Green/Dick/Gup Demar/Howard or Jackson Jabari/Eason Sengun/Plumlee/Garuba Get two stars to compete along with keeping a young core. More shooting and size
