Saw a mock having us snag him at 20. Thoughts? His shot is the truth. He's a lefty. Nice floater. Seems a straight up Ingles/Thompson player out of the gate. Not a bad pick up at 27. A bit of a stretch at 20.

I guess is back to YouTube for me after mock drafts align themselves.

They need to start putting us on salary. This sheet's a full time job.

I’m sure he’s a good prospect, but I don’t want to use our pick at 20. If we are picking at 20 something has gone horribly wrong. Even if we move a bunch of our young guys, there’s not much more room to develop additional players beyond Green, Jabari, Tari, Sengun, whoever we take at #4, and any other young prospects left on our roster. The only way I’d be happy drafting two players in this draft is if we moved up from #20 for someone we had as a mid lotto talent on our board. Basically guys like Hendricks, Walker, Black, Wallace, Asar Thompson, Dick, Whittmore, etc….

I like GG Jackson at 20 and I like Podzi at 20 if they see something they like. GG Jackson would be a lottery pick next season if he chose to stay one more year.

I am okay moving on from Tate. I am okay moving on from KMJ. I am okay moving on from KPJ. That gives us room to make some trades and free up development room. Tate will be a valuable second rotation guy on a lot of teams. Remember, we got KPJ for nothing. Anything we get back is golden. KMJ is beyond developing and seems like he is ready to play meaningful games. Keeping him is a waste for him and a waste for us.

What we end up getting in this draft when the dust settles and who will be left on our roster will be pretty interesting to see.

Definite roster locks will be: Green, Sengun, Smith, Eason, Washington, Garuba and THAT'S IT. Everything else is up in the air. That's 6 players man.

How sweet would it be to move up and get Jarace Walker in the mid-lotto? Perfect complementary piece for Jabari and Sengun. I think he'll be gone in the top 8 though so I don't think it's likely that we can do it. The only teams that might consider trading with us would be like, Dallas, Orlando and I just think he'll be gone by the time they pick.

Possible that we pick up another draft pick, from NO at 14 and then combine those to move up. But I think there's better talent at 14 and 20 and don't like the move.

Trying to think what we could offer NO to get that 14. Maybe KPJ and Tate for Hernangomez and 14.
