Yes she is. She's doing the entire country a huge favor. If she steps down you need a new organizing resolution which allows you to add members to a committee. If she resigns If you want to add another member you'll need republican votes which means you won't replace her on the judical committee. Nominating progressive judges to fight back agaisnt facism and bigotry is the most important thing we can do to fight back agaisnt extremism. Judges are the front line of everything we do as a society. She can get through for the next year so we can nominating judges. They just confirmed a super star 36 year progressive to be on DC circuit of appeals. The second strongest court in the country.

Her health isn’t good and far from Fetterman who while his speech isn’t great he does appear to be able to do the job and in his 50’s Will likely recover back to full capability.
