I'm not really worried about his shot when you have his explosiveness. Defenders won't be able to stay in front of the guy, he's that explosive. He's an aggressive attacker like DRose. Doubters are gonna be surprised when he gets to the league.
I think so. For me those guys look to score first and pass second. In a half-court set, I think Amen generally looks to pass and create plays for others. He makes some ridiculous passes too--he can throw these cannonballs across the half-court to an open shooter that you just don't really see KPJ or Green ever even attempt.
For those who think we already have an athletic wing in Jalen, Amen first step is more explosive then Jalen's.
I really don’t care much for anybody who’s likely available at 4 which is why today was a disaster for me…I’d look to move up or see if anybody falls, and if that’s not possible, I’m seeing what I can get for the pick

Rockets fans are going crazy (and rightfully so), so I'll probably stay out of GARM for a bit. But yeah, I like Amen. Perfectly happy with him at #4. I don't have a lot of faith in the current roster, so getting another potential home run guy is fine by me. He has a high chance to be a bust (due to shooting), but unless someone on this team become a top 10 guy, not sure it really matters. I have watched tape of him against better pro competition from Europe and Australia. The quickness and explosiveness absolutely translates. You can't fake that stuff anyway.

My god... at this point just trade down for Gradey Dick or reach for someone. I don't have it in me to watch another draft pick that takes 60 games to show us some type of promise while being the worst shooter in his class.
