I'm not sure the Blazers hold onto that pick. They have talked Lillard into staying with promises of trying to win sooner rather than later. Adding a 19 year old will likely not do much to convince him further.
I am literally sick over this unmitigated disaster. No idea what Stone will do with or to the #4 pick. If there's any way to get Dejounte Murray, do it. Whether at #20, or with an acquired 2nd round pick, or as an undrafted free agent, Jamal Shead would be a decent defender and reliable ball handler at backup PG. If KPJ and/or Harden are on next year's roster, I'll have to take sabbatical from my Rockets fandom. I just can't feature another year of unwatchable bs. IMHO, PG is the most critical position for our improvement. Stone had better focus there.
