So we have a .1% chance of getting pick zero?

    I kid, I kid.

I think we get pick 4. I think the Spurs get pick one.

It's the 4th pick. I had a vision last week. You don't even need to watch the lottery.

My guess is 4. Top 3 three years in a row is pretty unlikely IMO.

    Not really.

People think because we've already had two top 3 picks last two years, it will not happen again. Actually the odds of us getting a top 3 pick are the same as previously when you think about it.

I'm thinking 2 or 3 again. 1 and the site crashes

Top 3 would be great, but I do not expect the NBA to reward the Rockets for the blatant and obvious tanking. Prepare to be disappointed.

Feel like that's pretty much rubbish when you see how the lotteries ended up in the last 15+years, the supposedly heavily marketing-favoured teams basically never got the 1st pick and big market/media darling franchises not anyhow have better lottery results on average, especially for the first pick.

Not sure why people still always bring it up.

thank u. The conspiracy theories are straight up bat sh#t. If the lotto was truly rigged Houston would never have ended up with Yao. If it’s about advantaging big markets how do u explain the Knicks abysmal lotto luck? If owners thought the lotto was rigged the NBA would implode. You are talking about 32 of the biggest egos on the planet. They aren’t gonna be taken advantage of. It’s just not realistic.

o rly? i think it was JR who a month or 2 ago posted a detailed expose of lottery rigging over the past 15yrs.... pretty eye opening

you're referencing a draft from 21yrs ago. fakers just doubled up worriers in FTA 160-80 over 6 games (worriers won the only 2 games in which FT's were even). game 6 was 42-14. so now, who the F is bat sh#t?

regarding owners, how many do you know?

    silver

so the rigging started after Yao? And Silver is corrupt (though there is no evidence)? And the Knicks’ draft history doesn’t fit the rigged narrative, but they don’t count?

the problem about conspiracies is that it requires a level of coordination, secrecy, and determination which is very hard to pull off in highly scrutinized settings. Yes it’s possible, but highly highly unlikely.

hey, but everyone is entitled to think what they want to think I guess.
