Luka Jokic Embiid Greek freak AD[/QUOTE] So based on this, you just omit the other 2 all NBA teams / players? Jokic was I think 2nd all NBA but definitely worthy of 1st team and AD has 1st team game when healthy Once Sengun start racking up all star game / all NBA selections then we can revisit this and place him in his rightful position, I don't knock your ambition n admiration for the player But if you truly feel he is 6th best player in this league, then you probably feel he is top 15 on best ever to do it list as well I guess beauty is truly in the eyes of the beholder, so be it
I love Sengün, I love that sky's the limit. Although I think he would never be a knock down shooter like Dirk.
I like him as a core piece as well, Dirk just had a natural better perimeter shot, all Sengun has to do is just reach Embiid level as a 3pt shooter where he is respected but doesn't have to take it every time because his bread n butter is on the high/low post and vision, plus for most part he plays all out hustle style
Kawhi? Kd? Ant? Morant? Curry? Tatum? Brown? That's just the top of my head U look at sengun stat and u look at the folks I listed and u are basing he's better than them based on? Your undying love for sengun? Harden past his prime can still hoop on sengun's head. Sengun has the skillset to have a great career, but he has yet reach his full potential. If he was already top 6 in the whole entire league, we wouldn't b bottom of the league in the wemby sweepstake.
Everyone says he is Mini Jokic but Joker is a larger and stronger and more practical human who could shoot.
***please somebody remind me if we need Philly to win or lose today so that we can tell the Lin fans that Mom has talked it over and HAR-dad is moving back into the house***
Does the outcome of today’s 6ers/Celtics game have an impact on the Harden Houston return odds? I see arguments both ways, but I suspect a lose increases the chances he’s coming back to Houston. While a win could allow him to check the championship accomplishment box and head back to Houston, it might be tempting to resign on a 1-yr deal to defend his chip.
Who has won a championship exclusively playing iso and pick and roll in the last 10-20 years? I can't think of a single one. Closest I can think of is Cavs ring, which you're talking about Lebron being Lebron... If Rockets make the play in next season and it's 85% because we depended on Harden going iso and pick and roll while everyone else stands around how does that help the development of Green/Smith/Sengun? How does that help establish the day to day fundamentals of a winning offense? Unless if we are trading for Luka (closest style to Harden) how will this help us win in the future or do people just want to see Rockets make it to the playoffs as an 8th seed this year and regress the years after? I am not even being facetious. I really don't see how this helps our young core develop like everyone thinks it will.
