    From someone who has been a Houston Football fan for 40+ years (I saw Earl Campbell play...IN-PERSON in an Oilers' uniform), I can say fawning over another team's rookie QB because you don't like the one the Texans drafted...is dumb.     I will say, I have to agree with this. You can go back to all my old posts, this isn’t hindsight, but I wanted Young over stroud and Mahomes over Watson (I also wanted Zach Wilson over Lawrence so I’m not infallible)… however as soon as the draft was over I stopped talking about young and Mahomes. And started building up Watson and stroud. It doesn’t help to wallow in the past. Also, I went to school in Missouri so all my friends are chiefs fans so I actually hate Mahomes… and the chiefs. Ever since 2008.
