I would bet most of the Russian people have absolutely no idea what is going on. The vast majority get their information from state media.
Naw, article says the village will be funded by the ex-pats. But, does look like a ploy to kidnap more Americans for ransom.
Russian and right wing operatives love painting half truths to make their lies believable to anyone willing to listen. You make a bold declaration like the deliberate lab leak accusation, then claim victory when one or two things sound plausible while media on the other side denies everything. Ukraine ranks low on the international corruption index compared to other nations, and if you believe leaks like the Pandora Papers, Zelinsky is considerably wealthy. Even so, it doesn't mean they're Nazis or CIA client states justifying of the brutal rape and destruction by the Russians. Wanted to. Excellent insights.
Caspian Report is pretty solid for geopolitics while keeping it under 15/20 minutes. Also like DW News, just refreshing to hear dry, old school type of reporting:
i find it funny how we make fun of russian people when we have 70% of republicans who think the election was stolen here because one man told them so. We have free and open internet in this country yet half the nation is brainwashed with all the facts released in the public. Are we seriously any better than the Russians?
