NY Post is the ONLY reputable news organization that has investigated the Hunter Biden story from the beginning. I acknowledge the Post's well-known tabloid tendencies, but the reporting on the laptop etc has been real.
Today's job report shows that we have the lowest unemployment rate in the past 50 years while inflation is cooling and gas prices will drop more. America is winning which means right wing trolls have to up their fear mongering game aka conspiracies. They hate America winning.

Hypocrites - yes. But let's be honest, they aren't the only ones. Most of us are guilty of that. Right wingers? Not so sure. They lean right, but I don't like it when people call me a "leftist" because that's not true - and is just a way for a poster to try to dismiss me by trying to group me into some kind of pejorative grouping. There's a lot of things I disagree with these guys, and a lot of logical fallacies I think they fall into, but I would prefer not grouping them in a way that dismisses them.
It is 0.1 points lower than it was in 2020. Essentially, we are finally back to where we were before the Dem lockdowns, only with massive inflation. Newsflash, it isn't hard to lower unemployment by printing money.
This whole idea of, "we brought back jobs that were gone" is just utter cope and lies from you right wing trolls. Policy decisions were made which got us this low unemployment. During trumps last months in office we were only averaging 60k jobs per month. When biden came into office the CBO didn't predict full employment until 2026. Biden passing the huge stimulus right away super charged the economy and gave enough runway to the fed to raise rates without throwing us into a recession. Read into the jobs report and you'll see millions of jobs have been added on the state and construction level and that's due to investments (500b to state local aid in stimmy).
During Trumps last month in office was the start of the COVID lockdowns in Dem controlled states (like my home state of California). I was not allowed to go to court because COVID. It didn't hurt me, because I was allowed to work from home. It did hurt defense attorneys that couldn't bill for appearing in court. Yes, you can take money from some people and give it to other people and that will be called employment. Yes, and? No one is saying that you can't tax or print and spend to lower the unemployment numbers. The fact is that unemployment is essentially where is was in 2020, except inflation has blown up and taxes have increased. America was better off 3 years ago. Now, that is mostly the fault of the pandemic, but the response has not been to let things return to where they were, the response has been to tax/print and spend to artificially get back to 3.X% unemployment faster.
@StupidMoniker Spending your way to record low unemployment is absolutely awesome and if Obama wasn't such a neoliberal and went big we would never have had trump. Poverty is a policy decision. Biden won the 2022 midterms because having a job means more than inflation and the gamble was right. Now that inflation will moderate for the next year we'll still have record low unemployment. This is a lesson policy makers will remember forever. Do you not realize the social benefits of low unemployment? People commit crime less, suicides are down, higher birth rates...
