You are probably the most rational poster in this section (I use to think you were crazy).

I don't know about just scrapping everyone and starting over, but they should be transparent and ethical. Also, good luck getting people to agree on nine non-partisan Supreme Court Justices.
I already proposed a system that would treat everyone on the government's dime.

A two tier healthcare system. The lower tier would provide a minimal standard of care, paid for by the state out of tax revenue. People willing to pay more would receive commensurate care.

Not exactly, you wouldn't have to opt in to the public system, it wouldn't be paid for individually, and it would operate on a different healthcare system than the private insurance system. It would be state funded healthcare with no requirement of any sort of insurance or payment at point of service (essentially a state funded clinic system).
Yes, it would be similar to the UK or Canadian system, except it wouldn't be a national system and the level of care under the free system might be more basic.

Of course we've been told that her marriage to Clarence Thomas has no bearing on how he might rule and that he doesn't need to recuse himself regarding cases that she has involvement in.

paraphrased: "Because we don't like the results of recent Supreme Court decisions, our dislike becomes the reason and justification for our pursuit of Clarence Thomas over ambiguous ethics charges." :D

No one with half a brain can think the "pillow talk" between these two does not involve this type of crap.........she is a nutjob and he is a grifter, and this dude is on the supreme court............SMH. I will go one step further, I would not doubt he has the same ideology as she does, it would not shock me if he leaned into the Q also.

I watched the PBS documentary earlier today. At one point they said Thomas stopped listening to main stream media and got all his news from Rush Limbaugh and Ginni Thomas.

This is worth watching. Clarence has some deep rooted psychological issues. Ginni is a weirdo and dumb as rocks.

I watched it today. I did not realize how wholly unqualified he was when he was nominated. He rants about affirmative action, but the only reason he was nominated is because he was a black republican.
