You ever played tackle football against your younger brother?

    Destroyed.

I would have major concerns about ability to stay healthy when the window of being quicker then everyone else closes significantly.

I like Stroud more just because of how much further along he is as a passer.

Having a cannon is nice, but it is more important to have different trajectories and ball velocity per the open man or coverage.

For my Golf Boys, its like being able to hit the ball 300 yards on one high trajectory....

Then the guy who hits it 280 with more consistency and has multiple trajectories can put it 30 yards past you in a 15 mph headwind...

AR is going to do well with the Colts. They are going to scheme him to success.

He will struggle in the playoffs when a disciplined defense ala Cover 2 man schemes force him to make accurate intermediate passes.

Wish we could have gone after Branch. 4 future defensive starters from ALAAAABAMA!

If we have the third best QB who takes us to the Superbowl. I'll be satisfied.

This reminds me of me (6'2") looking up at my oldest son (6'8" and naturally strong, (310 - not thin) when he was in JHS. If he wasn't home schooled, the coaches would have been all over him for their team. I was 5'2" at his age and grew at 17 in my freshman year of college.

My long drive record was in San Antonio with a 40 MPH wind at my back and rock hard fairways when I found my ball though the fairway on the dogleg left which was 100 yards from the green on a 525 yard hole. I estimate my odds of hitting the lottery jackpot to be slightly less. I had to keep going because it looked dead straight down the middle of the fairway until I lost sight of the ball. My typical "Great Drive" at the practice range was about 325. Unfortunately the only happened about 1 out of ten trips. My typical best was in the 280-300 range.

Haha. Thats why the best time to golf is in the summer during a drought.

Must have been awesome to walk up to the ball.

Before I forget I would like to congratulate Bryce Young on being the #1 pick. I was a little harsh about not wanting him in Houston. It had nothing to do with his talent. He is a very talented football player and I am hoping that he continues doing great things in the league. Way to go young man. Way to go.

The key will be can he do what he has always done, minimize the direct hit. He has to know when to go down and not always try and make the big play.
