I wouldn't say he's ass every game. But yeah, he's not the two-way superstar anymore. Just an adequate role player. My point is, he is averaging 37 minutes per game in the playoffs so far. Cam Payne is the only back up PG they have. The heavy minutes is not sustainable given CP3's injury history. And it's not just the PG position. Losing Bridges and Cam Johnson is huge. Booker and Durant have to carry the scoring load.
2019 Rockets with diminished CP3 too I would’ve been watching playoff games with my feet up, no stress, sipping on something nice if this was the level of competition back then
KD ain't that dude anymore and seems to have no interest in being it.. He's content with being efficient rather than going for full nuke mode for 50.. That's great during the regular season but in the playoffs you need to let yo nuts hang.. Plus Phx bench is invisible. I smell a Denver sweep
He has been ass every game iirc. At the very least his playoff average is 41% fg and 32% which is horrible.
I think Denver wants the Lakers to win because the Warriors just hunted Joker on defense last year and torched him in the pick and roll.
But didn't Monty at least thought about hunting Jokic in game 1? Malone had Jokic dropped less further back, It's worked so far; but I can see Suns or another team keep testing this. On the other side, Suns had little answer for Murray and the Murray/Jokic pick n' roll. Sun's players seems to have problem getting around Jokic's screen, freeing Murray to run havoc. Murray's hot shooting may come down in game 2. But between Okogie and Torrey Craig maybe Craig to get the start minutes nod next time.
Denver's uniforms, logo and colour scheme are all so ugly. They'd be more of a draw if they didn't look like absolute turds on the court
