This was my fault. I should not have said what I said in the way that I said it.

I do sincerely apologize, and I hope we're ok.

I’ve been warming up to this pick since it became evident Bryce was gonna be gone. As an Ohio state fan, I’m excited to keep watching him, he truly was one of the best to do it over there, but none of them translated so I am “a little stitious”.. but something I’ve always at least loved about him is the accuracy and pretty throw. You can’t teach speed and 80 yard throws, but you also can’t teach pinpoint accuracy. And if I have to choose which I want in my qb, after what we’ve had in the past, I choose accuracy. Watson was docked for only throwing 49 mph, but his deep ball accuracy was off the charts. For Stroud, he doesn’t look as good under pressure, I think (I’m hoping) that scheme and coaching can help that which is not something that I think would fix accuracy issues.

overall, the tools are there, I’m a little skeptical, but if we can scheme and coach his under pressure issues away, then we may have struck gold. I also think that getting the first Buckeye QB to translate successfully and have it be on my team, man that would be cool. I always root for them wherever they go.

In this system where ball placement is very important u can’t bank on Levis and AR15 inaccuracies and sporadic play

I watched all of his tape. He’s very much a pocket QB

That would literally be one of the best rookie seasons of all time. That’s way too much pressure

I just looked up Jsutin Herbert's rookie year (picked random good rookie): 4336 yards and 31 touchdowns.

why is that line so outrageous? our receivers suck so bad?

Yes, Herbert had the best rookie season of all time.
There aren’t many close to that, Baker/Wilson/Dak. But they didn’t hit some of those numbers. I get it’s 17 games so you have to adjust but that’s still asking a lot.
Not saying he can’t do that, but for any rookie QB in this class that would be hard.

Hey may be a pocket QB but “can’t move” is just so stupid to say.

Can’t move by today’s standards. You guys want so bad for him to be something he’s not.
He is at best an average athlete at QB in todays NFL

So the 31 teams that passed on him in the 1st round aren't smart either?

I told you MONTHS ago to prepare yourself for Stroud. I wanted him back in September....then I wanted Young too. I was fine with either one.

Lol I see that, some of them are not taking it too well. Not sure why though, I thought it was a good pick.
