Once you think about it, the Cleveland 1st next year will be another 12-18. BDN is booking that Cleveland will improve a bit so why not cash out with who some consider the best defensive player in the draft. Do we get 3rd round picks when Dalton and Singletary after next season? That could make up for losing a 2nd rounder.
Richardson has a lot of unfilled potential. But there is no promise he fulfils it. He has an incredible arm but lets be honest. He isn't very accurate, and is a 1 speed thrower. Theres a reason he was compared to Colin Kaepernick.
It's a risk with any of the top QB's. I'm willing to take that risk. All I do know is that Stroud and Anderson should be better than anyone else we have on our team. I loved that big smile of Ryan's when we traded up. Go Texans!
