He’s not a long term answer, I wouldn’t mind him but not at 12. 2nd round or later

I was thinking the same thing.
Unless a team has 2 qb's grouped in a tier and would be happy with either.
But without knowledge of whom it is we'll be picking I think it would most likely reduce the compensation package a bit.

But maybe Ari. is getting so few bites that they're taking the first decent offer they get.

The only team that would be willing to trade up to #3 without knowing what we're doing is the Titans IMO. They know they need a QB, and know they need to at least jump Indy if they want some chance at getting a guy they're comfortable with.

Hooker is a pretty damn good athlete.

Extremely hard to judge though due to the Volunteers Double Split system they ran which basically had space for days.

Personally, I like Hooker as the 4th QB in this draft.

bro Caserio is a nut job and gets whoever at any position. I agree.

He is a good athlete, I agree. But so is Mills, sneakily.

And I agree about having a hard time evaluating him. That, his injury, and his age scare me away from him. I wouldn't take him until the second round at least, and I'd be underwhelmed with that. Dude is older than Davis Mills, just keep that in mind.

Outside of Houston, this was the only trade scenario that made any sense for #3 (before the draft started).

This would be good for Houston even if they take Stroud.

Can still go after there defensive guy at 5.

I really don't think they are going to let the Titans have CJ.

If reports are true that Cal is pushing for a QB and Caseiro passes while the Titans scoop him up and he turns out to be what a lot of draft evaluators think he will be.

Absolute walking papers. I don't think Nick will risk this.

He can still get Wilson later. The guy who looks to be falling down draft boards. I personally would rather have Wilson either way just due to his potential.

Titans getting Stroud would be best possible outcome. Hurt the Titans while not dooming us
