Also if you are trading to #3 you HAVE to take Stroud. Otherwise, not doing so makes it harder to trade to #3 as it raises the value of Card's pick. Has to be Stroud at 2 if they want to trade up. You have to kill the QB market at 3. If a team trades up to 3, its probably for Anthony Richardson. The Colts like Levis. There is a very real possibility that the Texans can get Anderson at 3 or 5. A very real possibility they can get Wilson at 8 or even 12 due to him failing teams physicals based on the foot.
