ok. so you believe its silly to boycott a product.

People can do whatever they want with their money. Its their prerogative and not my place to criticize.

Seems like you think it's silly to boycott a place because you disagree with their politics as well.

I think he's criticizing a boycott, but he said he doesn't do that. LOL

All the trans lunatics were protesting that Harry Potter video game and harassing gamers
And that did nothing cause it made like a billion dollars
And the most important part is that the gamers don’t care about politics or trans people’s hatred of JK Rowling

with the bud light thing, they pissed off their core customer and nobody really likes that Mulvaney dude , he’s a fraud

Bud Light store sales dipped 17% in the week ending April 15 compared to the same period last year. The paper also reports two executives who oversaw the collaboration have been placed on leave.

    O snap…

Good. The product tastes like piss and they didn't understand their customers who enjoy drinking piss. Maybe the market works on occasion.

Is it really that bad? Hell I'm drinking Budweiser right now...lol.

I'm gonna ask you the same I did @deb4rockets ...what's your favorite beer?

Oh damn! I am drinking a lot of Mirror Pond these days, b/c it's not that expensive in my area. I like Dale's Pale Ale, even Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

But there are so many amazing beers out there right now. (I am not one of these IPA or hazy afficianados b/c all those taste like bong water to me, LOL.)

If I were doing extreme budget drinking: if I couldn't afford Shiner, I would go for Pearl or even PBR before Bud Light. These things are subjective, to state the obvious.

I always suspected you might be cool, but your refusal to buy into the IPA trend only confirms my judgment.

Pearl/Lone Star/and PBR would all come before Bud Light. Genuine Draft would too if someone had an AR-15 to my head.

I'm not trying to own @Space Ghost - not at all. I put that out there to give him a chance to explain his contradictory positions - I'm genuinely interested in how he can maintain it. Maybe he has a rationalization he cares to share. Maybe he will say he is wrong. Maybe he will remain silent. But I certainly don't intend any disrespect towards him.

I fully admit I’m a hipster beer snob when it comes to beer and primarily drink locally brewed beers. Im on of those guys when I travel I’ll ask bartenders which beers are local.

Not a big IPA fan as I think too many of them just got into seeing who can use the bitterest hops.

I’m a big fan of Blondes (in more ways than beer ;)) particularly Belgian blonds. My favorite beer is a Minnesota local called “Lonely Blond”. For more mass produced beer I’m a fans I like Shiner and Guiness.

That's cool. I enjoy sampling local beers and craft breweries as well. I like a lot of types. Reds, ales, and a good lager. Shiner is definitely my go to of the mass produced beers.

There are some IPAs that I do actually enjoy, but in general not my preference for the same bitter hop reasons you mentioned. For some reason, I don't really like Stouts.

You've gone too far now...next you'll be saying Natural Light is better....lol. I still enjoy regular Budweiser though depending on the situation.

Well, I wouldn't do that. I'm still at least partially human. I would drink a regular Bud. Not my first choice, but I could enjoy it.
