Former major league pitcher, threw a knuckle ball, we signed him to a ML deal in 2005, he later retired and never left. Radio Color-analyst now. He’s the crazy sounding guy in the locker room during the playoffs, classic stuff in 2017

Even if we lose to tomorrow we still finish 6-3 facing TOR, ATL and TB, I’ll take that all day considering…..

I would have said no way would he be our best hitter right now if you had made that prediction before the season started.

Rangers were up 6-0 heading into the 7th. 1 run in the 7th, 6 in the 8th for the reds who won 7-6

LOL. I just hate to lose Dubon at the plate. I doubt Altuve comes back hitting his usual for awhile. Hopefully I'm wrong.

    I present to you...

I'm going to sound like a broken record clubbing a baby seal by the time I'm done, but while I absolutely love what Dubon has been putting together, especially given his previous track record, why do ppl think Dubon is our best hitter?

He's been absolutely on fire, batting .330, which I pray he sustains, but even at that clip, his ops is .770ish... He's been awesome at making contact and he's performing as well as we could possibly hope.

He's not Jose Altuve. He's not Alex Bregman batting .250. I hope he keeps it up tho.

Dubon can play in the outfield as well.

Altuve has a better career OBP than dubon's hot streak OBP.

Dubon is fine at the end of the roster as a utility guy but for some to suggest that you move someone out to keep him in is ludicrous but Dusty wouldn’t do that anyway. He still hits with NO power, 19 games later still not one bomb and that’s ok but he ain’t your everyday 2B, CF or SS.

Juan Pierre would have feasted with the '23 no-shift + throwover rules and bigger bases

We won't have a spot, unless he takes Jake's spot. Then we also have Brantley coming back. I guess they can all take turns being designated hitter. LOL.
