I don't know if it's up to us to support other people's rights when it doesn't concern us or our families, I may not agree with something, but I am not going to stop someone else from doing what they feel is right, I don't think people should have access to an AR-15 but I am not going to stop someone if its legal and they have the right to do it. If a man wants to be a woman or a woman wants to be a man, so be it, it does not affect me one bit, and to be honest I have to many real issues in my life to worry about. I don't mind gaslighting tweets but the one you cited appears to be from a case in 2016 that was done by the Dutch and the title doesn't accurately describe what happened but the end result was death.............if you were to look at the title one might think this just happened and happened in the US, and I am sure they can find relative cases to support their stance. I referring to the thread title - people worrying about transgender people wanting rights or to be called some pronoun as the issue, meanwhile there's all this violence going on against them that never gets brought up or discussed.
That sounds about right.... she is an absolutely worthless person, so I am not shocked that her husband is. I still expect one or both to do serious time at some point ---- they are grifters.
Okay I didn't make the connection to the thread title, sorry. I disagree with you that the violence and oppression against trans people is never discussed -- it is constantly discussed, to the point that it even lied about unnecessarily. Part of that could be because I am very close to two transgendered people - so my perspective is different. I hear lots of discussion of violence, suicide -- that trans people should never be referred to as anything but the sex they claim they are, because it puts them at risk for violence etc.
I meant more on here - where the focus is on athletes or random twitter posters or bathroom issues. I think most of the pushback against transgender people is hate - which does perpetuate violence. Do transgender people need to have full equality in sports? Do they need to be able to undress naked in front of women? Those are areas that certainly can be debated and yes, maybe it's an area of overreach by the movement. But the reason they are such a big deal is because most people find the idea of a transgender woman unpalatable to their personal tastes. It makes them uncomfortable to say the least. Why does anyone really care about transgender people and their pronouns? Like what's the big deal if letting them use what pronouns...or having their their drag shows. Why does Florida need to cancel gay pride events? Why do people need to shoot up bud light with bullets because the company made a can with a transgender woman on it? Can you believe that Bud Light fired two people from their marketing team over that? Bottom line, it's about hate.
Then why are y’all expanding your focus to beyond 18 years old? Seems like you and yours are most interested in the genitalia of under 18 year olds. You hid behind the children and your bible but it’s clearly hate.
