I'm blown away. Just a great hire by the organization of an innovative coach of deep experience, one that took his team to the Finals as a first year coach. I especially like that Ime both played and coached under Pop in San Antonio for several years. Difficult to improve on that background. He must have made such an impression on Stone and the rest, most importantly the Fertitta's (Tilman opening his wallet for Coach Udoka, who definitely will be getting a very expensive contract), that they decided not to wait and got their man before another team, like the Raptors, did. I assume that they did due diligence about the situation in Boston that caused him to become available. Lesson learned? I'm guessing it was. From CBS Sports: All reports seem to indicate that Houston's preference would be to start winning again in the near future. They no longer have much incentive to lose as the Oklahoma City Thunder control their first-round picks in the 2024, 2025 and 2026 NBA Drafts. Rumors have linked Houston to Harden in a possible offseason reunion, and the Rockets have amassed so much future draft capital that they could credibly trade for multiple high-impact veterans this offseason if they want to. With Udoka in place, the Rockets have landed a proven winner to help lead their turnaround effort. The roster still has a number of question marks, but Houston has found its head coach moving forward. https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/...ors-kings-lakers-grizzlies-battling-for-no-1/
HE DID NTO COMMIT A ****ING CRIME. See this is what Im talking about lol This board has and will always be on the wrong side of history lol
Imagine making a mistake by cheating then your job reporting it to the media but leaving it ambiguous so people think you might have raped someone. Some people still think that too. That's some punishment lol
Exactly some takes here are wild. Dude had consensual sex with someone he shouldn’t have. JAIL HIM, how could he do that to the poor women who had consensual sex with him.
out of all the coaching candidates (Nurse, Vogel, Kenny, etc) Ime was probably the cheapest. I'm not complaining though
Depends on the picks and on whether Brown tells them they will otherwise lose him for nothing after the season.
