Really??? There are so-called fans online openly hoping the Rockets get a lesser pick just to accommodate Sengun. What they are unwittingly saying is they fear Sengun wouldn't be able to compete for minutes if the Rockets land Wemby. That's about a weird as fandom can get.

what can I say, it’s the young bucket getters that are putting the team on their back these days for the most part Sabonis down in Sacramento is cool and has played ok these playoffs, but Fox is literally carrying the team…Edwards can not be stopped in the playoffs, and he’s only 21 Booker averaged 30 in his 1st ever playoff series and 28 in the finals at age 24 I had some people telling me Sabonis is a franchise player…nah, the real franchise player is Fox Jalen Green has De’Arron Fox speed and is already getting to the line 6 times a game while built like asparagus and playing for a trash team with the worst spacing in the league…he just needs to continue to improve his jumper and decision making
Honestly both, at this point we don’t have any untouchables so neither guy is necessarily safe. But it will all depend on how the draft falls, if we get the first pick and draft Wemby then Sengün’s likely gone, if we get second or third and Scoot or Miller falls to us then I think it’ll likely be Jalen
No way I’m trading Green under almost any circumstance. Ime will unlock his potential. Here’s the bigger question — would you include our top pick if it’s outside the top 3 or so? Because that might be what it takes if Brown agreed to an extension with us.

I agree they’re compatible, I just think that Green is who we would likely trade for Brown if we miss out on Wemby. Sengün has his flaws on defense, but he’s still a one of the best young big men in the league, so I wouldn’t trade him unless I’m getting an upgrade. Plus we have KJ Martin (if we don’t decide to trade him) and Eason who I think will be even better next season who can step in at the 3 I say we trade him if we draft Miller because if we trade for Brown then where will Jalen play? I don’t want him at PG and I’m not sure if he’d be willing to come off of the bench. Maybe you can move Miller to PF or to the bench but then what do you do with Jabari?
It all depends on what pick we get. Outside of top 3 trade it and the LAC pick and the BKN picks, KPJ, Tate, KMJ, Jaygup, Garuba etc. and you try and keep Sengun. If we get say top 2 then maybe you have to give up Sengun. You don’t trade Green he could end up better than Brown.
Right now Green isn't even a net positive player, if you can get a sure bet in Brown, you take the upgrade and don't look back.
