Been incredibly quiet about Udoka. Wonder what's going on.

Like it or not he’s our next coach. I hung out with him for a short bit back when with the Pacers and he did a huge favor for my son who couldn’t make it to the game. As a person he’s every bit as nice and humble as Silas. Pains me to say this but he’s too nice to deal with the young punks on our team…they need a disciplinarian instead.

Pass on this pansy Vogel. He is not a real leader to demands respect from our young players.

I’m a little concerned if Udoka does get signed as our new head coach he might bang some of our young players since they like to paint their nails and act, dress and want to look like girls.

So what you're saying is, Silas could keep his **** in his jock, so you'd prefer him to Ime?

Stone will hire Vogel b/c he can control him. Stone wouldn't try that crap with Udoka or Nurse or maybe even Atkinson. Sam Cassel would choke him out.

On another note, it's still funny to me the thought of this dude interrupting practice. Like seriously? Sit your D3 playing ass down and get back in the office. Can you imagine Morey trying this (laughable). Clock is ticking for Stone now...rebuilding is over. I was rooting for him earlier on but now not so much from what we've all learned over the last 3 years.

If he actually knew what he was doing, news would have broken that Ime is the choice.

Stone doesn’t know sht about basketball, he was a lawyer. The brains of the organization is Eli Witus. When they go with Eli and make picks based on analytics (Sengun, Tari) they do well. When they go against Eli and go on Stone’s gut (I won’t name examples) they flop. Stone doesn’t want to bring in a coach with actual strong basketball philosophies that overrule himself, since he doesn’t actually know anything about basketball and want to continue running the team like his own personal fantasy basketball.

The wild card would be Kenny Atkinson.

I would like to believe that Stone sees himself as next in line for removal if things don't get a lot better fast. Now maybe he's got such a big ego that he thinks that his input is what this team needs but I hope he's smarter than that and hires the best he can get - which is NOT Vogel.

Kind of entertaining to hear guys prop up Udoka as a guy who wouldnt take any sht from Stone/Fertitta and thats why they wouldnt hire him when the man sprinted to his termination papers and ran off with his tail tucked between his legs when he was caught. The fake alpha male perception is the most satisfyingly curious thing to observe.

Think about it…..Vogel reminds me of Silas personality wise and Stone hired Silas, so he’s probably going to hire Vogel as he has shown a liking to that “nice guy” more soft personality. Stone is probably not comfortable around stronger outgoing personalities that may challenge his authority.
