Why don't you and your buddies Space Ghost and Tinman just take a year off of posting your nonsense threads and childish comments.
And here’s a video of Al Gore conceding after exhausting his legal avenues to contest the election rather calling upon his supporters to March on the Capitol.
I noticed in the Ukraine thread a side debate has arisen about Democrats not accepting elections. Bill Maher who was frequently brought up in this forum took this on in a debate with conservative writer Vivek Ramaswamy. Maher points out this is a false equivalency that while yes there are some democrats who haven't conceded elections this is primarily a problem on the Republican side.
Zero minutes of blaming the other side and suggesting that voters shouldn't accept them and zero minutes of them engaging in illegal plots to overturn elections.
Nothing wrong with disagreeing, there is an issue when the majority of the party starts running on this nonsense after you tried 60 times in court to show your "facts" (ps, there were none) and then you try and overthrow the government by storming the capital...........if you cant see the difference, your just making up BS to justify all the shenanigans going on by the gop
We watched 187+ minutes of Republicans not accepting election results. We continue to regularly see Trump rallies with hundreds of election deniers. There are still Republicans on this board that aren't accepting the 2020 results
More consequences from the attempt to overturn the election. Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis who frequently went on talk shows and news claiming that Trump won overwhelmingly and that there was overwhelming evidence the election was stolen now admits to misrepresenting the facts and is being disciplined by the CO Bar. For me personally she and others lawyers who pushed this should lose there law licenses. Even with more evidence that the election wasn't stolen and consequences for some of those pushing it we still hear many who continue to believe otherwise. It sounded like CPAC was full of denial. https://www.politico.com/news/2023/03/08/trump-lawyer-misrepresented-jenna-ellis-00086256 Trump 2020 lawyer admits misrepresenting stolen election claims Jenna Ellis made the admissions in a Colorado disciplinary proceeding. Jenna Ellis, an attorney for Donald Trump who helped drive his false claims about the 2020 election results, has admitted in a Colorado disciplinary proceeding that she misrepresented evidence at least 10 times during Trump’s frantic bid to subvert his defeat. “Respondent made these misrepresentations on Twitter and on various television programs, including Fox Business, MSNBC, Fox News, and Newsmax,” Colorado’s top disciplinary judge Bryon Large wrote in a six-page opinion. “The parties agree that by making these misrepresentations, Respondent violated [a state attorney rule of conduct], which provides that it is professional misconduct for a lawyer to engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.” Large issued a public censure of Ellis for her stipulated conduct. Ellis is the latest Trump attorney involved in the former president’s post-election efforts to face discipline. Rudy Giuliani had his license temporarily suspended and is awaiting a final ruling from a bar discipline proceeding in Washington, D.C. John Eastman is preparing for disciplinary proceedings in California. And Jeffrey Clark has temporarily delayed bar discipline proceedings against him in Washington while attempting to bring the fight into federal court. But Ellis is the first attorney of the group to acknowledge she misrepresented the evidence of fraud. Among her admitted misrepresentations: — Ellis claimed on Nov. 13, 2020 that Hillary Clinton didn’t concede the 2016 election. — On Nov 20, 2020, Ellis claimed Trump’s team had evidence of a “coordinated effort in all of these states to transfer votes either from Trump to Biden, to manipulate the ballots, to count them in secret.” — On Nov. 30, 2020, Ellis said on Fox that Trump “won in a landslide.” — On Dec. 5, 2020, Ellis claimed the Trump team found 500,000 illegal votes had been cast in Arizona. Both Ellis’ attorney and the disciplinary attorneys bringing the case against her agreed that there was no precedent for the case against Ellis — an effort to aid a sitting president’s bid to undermine confidence in the American election system. Large noted that Ellis wasn’t Trump’s counsel of record in any lawsuits challenging the election. But he also noted that Ellis admitted her actions violated “her duty of candor to the public.” “The parties agree that two aggravators apply — [Ellis] had a selfish motive and she engaged in a pattern of misconduct — while one factor, her lack of prior discipline, mitigates her misconduct,” Large determined.
more audio showing that trump's team didn't see anything from the voting machines that was wrong. trump raised 250 million on reversing something they knew was legit. then didn't use the money to even try. it's depressing what a 2 party system is doing to people in this country.
lol My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell ordered to follow through with $5 million payment to expert who debunked his false election data | CNN Politics My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell has been ordered to shell out $5 million to an expert who debunked his data related to the 2020 election, according to a decision by the arbitration panel obtained by CNN. Lindell, a purveyor of election conspiracies, vowed to award the multimillion-dollar sum to any cyber security expert who could disprove his data. An arbitration panel awarded Robert Zeidman, who has decades in software development experience, a $5 million payout on Wednesday after he sued Lindell over the sum.
Just came here to post this...it makes me smile. eta: Dominion (and others) still have lawsuits pending against him. He's proper ****ed. eta2: this sketch from a few years ago cracked me up
The problem with the settlement is that there is nothing that prevents Fox from putting Lindell back on. I guess Dominion could just sue them again.
