    This is why we can't have nice things...
    "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."
    The Second Amendment as written is gibberish today, and people who have no business owning weapons are constitutionally protected to have them. Clearly we are not focusing on the well regulated Militia aspect.

    majority of people have no business owning any weapons

    people just shooting over the slightest thing turning nothing into potentially deadly altercations

    ring the wrong doorbell…shot

    accidentally go into the wrong driveway…shot

    basketball rolls into the yard…shot

    What’s next? Somebody’s dog was on a neighbors front yard, and then the owner and the dog were shot?

    Somebody gets shot delivering the mail?

    This is someone who clearly has no business owning a gun. Shot at a whole bunch of people and did not kill a one.

    Imagine if he did though. Every day dozens to hundreds of people are invited to the WH because they were victims of gun violence.

    we haven’t even talked about the guy who got released from prison and then immediately got his hands on a gun and killed 4 people and injured 3

    I don't know. Would you send a six-year-old into a neighbor's yard without three necessities?
    (1) Her own handgun,
    (2) Rigorous training on low-profile basketball extraction in live fire environment,
    (3) Another six-year-old with long gun providing cover.

    I would not.

    It's almost like having industries that profit from angering citizens 24/7 and, separately, providing them lots of weapons could have some negative outcomes.

    Play stupid, uniquely American games, win stupid, uniquely American prizes.

    Maybe children's basketballs should come with new warnings and emphasize indoor use.

    is @Trader_Jorge gonna wonder if the little girl was the aggressor by trespassing and scaring the shooter?
    It might not even b 100% the shooters fault, we dont even know if that girl was plotting something evil by rolling that ball over.

    See how stupid this stance looks like when. U attempt to blame the victim for getting shot at?
