As to the coaching search, I think my preferences of the realistic candidates are: 1) Udoka 2) Nick Nurse These two guys just seem like they would command respect, especially Udoka. I don't think he would allow anyone to walk all over him like some did with Silas. (He'd just take their girl to punish them ). Would still like it if they could bring in Cassell and Scariolo and Mario Elie as assistants, and if they could maybe keep Lucas and Abdelfattah. Not the others.
If momster is also saying he is good at basketball so openly, I can imagine that Tari has good things to say about Sengun that don’t relate to basketball, maybe Sengun is a good guy off the court too.
can I just say that I love Momster. Never trade Tari because he’s….Tari. But also never trade Tari because his mom’s Twitter is way too fun. And btw, she spends as much time praising Tari’s teammates as much as anyone. She’s a team player.
Rox was late to fire Silas and missed the chance to sign Quin before Hawks. Respect to your opinion but Snyder is better than Udoka (my opinion). Anyway, all of the candidates will be huge upgrade after SS.
Ime is the coach I'm rooting for. He seems like he likes to smash things. You know like clipboards, etc.
Houston has only ever produced a total of two attractive women (Beyonce and Amouranth) so we really don't have much to worry about with hiring Udoka. It's not like he gonna be looking at the women over here.
Outside of drafting Wemby, signing Udoka may have the biggest impact on the Rockets future over the next 10 years. He brings a pedigree and culture of ball movement from Popovich that is night and day to what the Rockets currently have. I think he is head and shoulders above the other candidates and the only reason why he’s even available and considering this job is because of outside circumstances. We would be very lucky to get him.

Frank Vogel doesn’t have a job. Nick Nurse is about to be fired for underperforming this season. If not for factors completely outside of basketball, Ime Udoka would be viewed right now as one of the best up and coming young coaches, one of the best coaches period in the league. And not a chance to be available. Fairly or not, that’s the facts.
I'm curious how that Udoka interview would go. Stone: "So Ime, you got in trouble in your last job for crossing the line with a fellow employee. Do you think you learned your lesson?" Udoka: "Yep!" These interviews are more like Rockets selling themselves vs the other way around, especially considering how bad we are

You must have never been to the hangout spots/strip club/malls etc, Houston has beautiful child-bearing women in droves If Udoka wants to be noble and go after single women and handle his personal biz, there will be no shortage in that area
