Stupid take this early in the season. Bregman has sucked so far, guess we should have brought up Perez.

Hensley has been very disappointing to me. I was very vocal about getting rid of Dubon. I really hope he can settle into a good OBA guy. Maldonado has sucked behind the plate, and, of course with the bat. I’d like to see a 50/50 split with Diaz just to see if Diaz can get it together after seeing more MLB pitching. We need to be moving toward our next catcher, not just hoping magic will make it happen. Jukes looks like he is a legitimate major leaguer and we probably need to give him more shots in LF and Yordon at DH. Hopefully, one of Leon or Dirden will earn their way to shot mid-year. I think Myers is done, but hope I’m wrong. Abreu will be fine. Brantley should only be DH against RH. If he doesn’t do well then let him go. Pena will be great. Much like Tucker last year he is hitting it hard and running into a lot of bad luck. It does seem like he needs a launch angle adjustment.

has Hensley been given a fair shot yet? I mean he plays like every 3rd game or so (seems like that anyway) How many at bats does Hensley have so far?

Astros could have 4 World Series Championships right now if it weren't for two teams that were underachieving for good portions of the first half of the season, turning things around in the second half, and getting hot at the right time.

Guess they won't ever have open roof games again if they're going to close it on beautiful weather days like yesterday and today. Julks is starting so that's a guaranteed win.

If I have a choice between sucking in April or sucking in October/November, give me April.

Damn Chas is not back yet. I thought he said he was good now and could've played last game..Dusty must be playing it safe.

Hensley is no Alemys Diaz that's for sure. As mediocre as Alemys is overall, he was always ready to play and contribute when called upon despite irregular starts. Feels like the M.O. is out on Hensley only trying to draw walks and not actually hit. Pitchers are taking advantage of that and he can't get in his groove.

Expect the unexpected, looking like a series loss from afar until the games are played. Lets go Onduran

If Maldy is not producing in this area, he's got to go.

Anyone know who's pitching for the Jays for game 2? It says Eovaldi but he's on the Rangers I believe. Also Berrios vs Garcia for game 3, yikes lol. It'll either be a slugfest or because of course, both pitchers will pitch a gem lol

Maybe not, but a team of very talented players putting it all together does.

You think it's because Houston went after an upgrade in the off season so he's like F it, if this is how you treat me then I'm not going to spend as much time with the pitchers? Perhaps he knows he won't get a contract offer so he stopped caring because this will be his last year? Or maybe winning 1 World Series was good enough.

It's silly how infrequent the roof is open.
