Why would guns be banned when the real issues are the doors or mental health they don't give a damn about? I thought guns don't kill people, so why the ban? not being able to open carry at an NRA event seems a bit weird
Lawyers are also not required to reveal confessions of their clients. Nor are spouses. These are well recognized privileges.
I can't imagine feeling such a lust for money that I would defend a killer, rapist, pedophile, or other twisted sicko to help him get away with his crime. How do you guys sleep at night? Must just build a tolerance to eliminating empathy for victims to try and help their perps get away.

Everyone is entitled to a legal defense. It is part of the adversarial justice system. Would you prefer a system where whoever was accused was either just summarily found guilty or was required to defend themselves without a lawyer?
