Lmao see what he did? That’s liberal virtue signaling / straw men at its finest. They really don’t care about the causes or care enough to

I posted 4 or 5 peer reviewed articles extensively documenting the risks , some of which are fatal. They quote and discuss to respond, not to listen or understand/expand on knowledge gaps

Numerous articles were posted above, instead of being stupid how about you answer your question about birth control above by doing some reading. Do you think birth control is the same thing, and wouldn’t common sense tell you that the negligible risk of VTE is taken into consideration even then and not dispensed to certain women as it could kill them.

evertytime you talk and say stuff it sounds like you have little to no understanding about the issues you so militantly and confidently argue. You just showed me you have no grasp on it at all, therefore why are you unknowingly advocating for subjecting kids to harm given this huge knowledge canyon you’re living with?

people on this site want to drink out of the indoctrinated koolaid they’ve been fed without trying to be se evidence based claims

Actually it’s assault. Performing a procedure that adequate or appropriate consent hasn’t been obtained for is assault and punishable as such. @dmoneybangbang should educate himself

Outside of very rare physical health circumstances, hormone altering medication shouldn't be given to anyone pre-puberty.

Is that something we can all agree on?

Are you comparing birth control pills to puberty blockers currently being used with trans children?

Second, what does the rest of this paragraph have to do with anything that I said?

100% and I’m ok even then for example if someone is so depressed they’re suicidal. Everything is a risk/benefit discussion. I’m simply advocating a position devoid of personal leanings that will result in the best health outcome.

the problem is , by simply saying that me and countless others are quoted as haters by people that don’t even understand how this stuff works or the risks associated

for example that dumbass criminal judge trying to ban mifepristone. He thinks it’s simply elective abortion related and doesn’t have knowledge but is making these decisions. Women with ectopic non viable pregnancies rely on these medications to not die. Discussions that were fornthebexperts are now politicized

I am, as I can easily pull up articles on the dangers to one’s health by taking birth control hormones.

If I post more medical articles than @LosPollosHermanos does that mean I win?!

You decided to speak for the poster. Maybe let them speak for themselves….

I can agree to that…. But would @LosPollosHermanos @AroundTheWorld people build in those types of exceptions?

Or would they legislate against it?

The question of giving children hormone therapy to prevent developing sexual traits is a serious one. The effects of hormones on health is a consideration, and it's going to have a negative impact on the physical health. But that has to be weighed against the negative impact on mental health of going through puberty of a sex you don't identify with internally.

It shouldn't be easy to get hormone therapy, but it certainly should not be impossible either.

Dumb af. It’s not about posting articles, it’s about gathering and appraising evidence to answer a question. The articles I used are inline with reccs / what people reference when deciding whether to prescribe.

you don’t know what you don’t know and that’s why you’re dangerous

Idk man, maybe you should READ my ****ing post where I answer that. It’s probably 7 inches above on your screen

I don’t like being insulting but you’re stupid af bro and you don’t do the effort of actually reading. It’s lazy, I can’t respond to idiocy anymore

Wow "numerous articles" ....I actually work in pharma (I'm not talking sales) so the paltry articles you posted don't really move me. Birth controls have been pulled off the market due to side effects such as fatal thromboembolisms..... But I'm sure you knew that.

Why would you ASSume I think hormone therapy is benign and without risk? Doctors are the ones equipped to go over the risk management element, not you or the gubment.

Define kids... I actually think pre pubescents should wait but we are still talking about biological girls aged 8-13 and biological boys aged 9-14.

Was that towards me or was that a moment of self realization?

When the trans person shoot up the school, you were quick to point out how hormones can cause anger.... But what about being marginalized.... dehumanized..... villainized...... does that cause anger too?

No, performing any medical procedure without consent (medical consent) which is very specific and requires documented convos about indications, risks , benefits and alternatives …is prosecuted as assault

why tf are you arguing basic points you didn’t read up on. Stfu and go back to your college class

Probably because I don't believe you. You said "I’m simply advocating a position devoid of personal leanings that will result in the best health outcome."

Changing your gender is a very personal decision...

Being a lab monkey in a focused area gives you no clinical expertise. Estrogen in BC is not at the dose that wouldnprecipitate VTE in those without risk, in those with a history or pro-coag states it’s malpractice to prescribe. Further more, combining it with progesterone mitigates the unopposed estrogen response in women , I’m alluding to the other risks such as CA

If you read tue articles above , the ones that are behind the guidelines physicians use to prescribe and say “I’m not moved by this” you’re just bad at your job and using your brain.

like I said you’re out of your depth and it’s showing

This guy believes parents make decisions for their kids out of convenience and that he doesn’t believe me when I answer his question

these are the liberal extremists that the more moderate of you keep saying don’t exist

    they’re ****ing craxy

Pretty sure you misinterpreted what I said since you just quoted one sentence out context. My entire point is conservatives are trying to take away that principle because they know what's best for someone else's under 18 son or daughter .
