I agree with this, but not for Brown or Bridges. If Brown was offered straight up for Jalen or Jalen with this years pick not 1 or 2, then maybe if we can negotiate his contract before the trade. Don’t think Boston would go for it, but is all a re-building team should be willing to pay for a tier 2 star.

The world has evolved into a lot of immediate gratification guys including even some mature guys. Team building is a matter of patience and it applies to almost any kind of team not just sports.
