California governor Newsom trying to get Floridians to move to Cali

My fairly liberal friends who live in Marin think Gavin Newsom is a totally useless d******d.

 

Every single day all these ****ers move to Nashville. First it was austin. Every place they move to they make worse

 

I quite liked Nashville, the first time I visited a few weeks ago.

 

It’s a good city and hasn’t changed (it’s core) yet but some of the burbs are already changing. A lot of parents I know talk about how the school board/complaints/issues have sky rocketed since Californian parents have come here. That same culture of militant virtue signaling is something they brought with them even though they didn’t want to live in Cali either. Sadly it will be like austin in the next couple years (which was once the greatest city)

I wish I could take pictures of these cars in the driveway with California license plates that just moved to Franklin. I do some multi million dollar home properties and they pay very well. I have to be honest.- great clients for my business but I just hope they know how to vote because they have to realize WHY they left - This is a very business friendly state. - if they are liberal, I'm not asking them to change but I hope they understand we don't want to be California- I don't have to worry about changing all my equipment to battery operation equipment- although I am going electric on certain things such as the Milwaukee walkbehind and ego blower - I don't have to worry about paying excessive business taxes- I like the freedom of choice - it's a great time to sell your home not necessarily a great time to buy homes with the interest rates but seriously just check out Nolensville check out Franklin , Brentwood- just outside of Nashville. These are the areas that they are moving to.
