    I have seen it where they have some kind of GPS feature where they stop working outside the store.

    That’s usually at Safeway but this is Whole Foods , it’s assumed it’s stuck in a nice part of town
    But when you don’t do anything about crime or drugs , that’s everywhere

    Also needles in the bathroom is gross, don’t want to clean all that heroin and fentanyl up

    that pay ain’t worth it

    When the lights go out in the city.

    The footage is grainy and obscure. A man stumbles on the sidewalk after appearing to try to enter the lobby of a building. A car drives by. The man tries to wave it down, to no avail.

    The video switches to another camera, this one outside. The footage is suddenly pristine, and the clarity of the horrific spectacle is unnerving. It appears to be the same sequence of events from another angle. We see Bob Lee, founder of CashApp, struggling to stay alive. He collapses, gets up, tries to flag down the car. He moves out of the camera frame and the video, published by the Daily Mail, ends. But we know from the headlines that he died shortly after.

    To date, we know next to nothing about the circumstances of Lee’s killing. The police have no suspect. We have no idea whether it was a random attack or a premeditated and targeted one. We do know, however, that the city in which Bob Lee died has become increasingly lawless.

    Michael and I have reported extensively on crime, drugs, and homelessness in San Francisco. Michael wrote an entire book on the subject. Just last week, the day after Lee’s murder, we spent an evening in the Tenderloin, interviewing street addicts.

    As usual, we witnessed numerous drug deals, transacted as casually as a purchase at a convenience store. We watched five-foot flames rise from a mattress lying on the sidewalk of an alleyway; it was ignited, a homeless man told us, by a cigarette or a drug pipe. We watched a young homeless woman suffering a prolonged, terrifying mental breakdown. We called 911 but after nearly 15 minutes, nobody had arrived to help, despite the fact that we were four-and-a-half blocks from a hospital and a police station was less than three blocks away.

    The next day, about three blocks from where we called 911, a drug addict gave birth to a baby on the sidewalk. That was the same block on which a man was stabbed to death in his home last fall.

    We’re losing San Francisco. Why won’t its political leaders act?

    Feel bad
    Customers have to take their teslas really far to another Whole Foods where there aren’t drug dealers and thugs aren’t threatening the employees

    Reason stores get closed is because of low sales.

    That's it. If you believe anything else I got some magic beans I can sell you.

    You can play up to whatever you get on twitter, but the reason crime is increasing in big cities is the same cycle as always. Cities trend up, get expensive, lack of affordable housing results in displacement and ultimately crime. It doesn't help that red rural ship their homeless to cities. Across the countries, cities are in decline. People will move out to the burbs or exburbs, and the cities will then lose all the revenue and fall into depression. Then after some years artists and young people seeking cheaper rent and to escape the suburbs will move into the city and the cycle begins again. It's done it many times before and will do it many times again.

    "To ensure the safety of our Team Members, we have made the difficult decision to close the Trinity store for the time being," a Whole Foods Market spokesperson said in a written statement. "All Team Members will be transferred to one of our nearby locations."

    Dude, its not true. Stores don't want to admit they have underperforming stores. So they make up excuses when they close them as much as possible. If the store was profitable, they would have found a way to keep it open. They don't care about safety - certainly not enough to lose profit.

    You should go Los Angeles
    On the corner of Crenshaw and dress in ALL RED including a red bandana

    then if you are still able to, go to San Francisco where the Whole Foods that was closed is
    @AroundTheWorld
    And yell out really loud
    ‘who wants some free heroin?!’
    @basso

    apparently Sweet Jussie doesn’t understand that people who live in San Francisco and shop at Whole Foods are pretty wealthy

    when they close the store, all those people making $250K a year can’t get their organic peanut butter

    that’s not good cause those rich people are needed to stay downtown or else they will move and then the city will not have any tax revenue

    basic economics > wokeconomics
