I'm starting to lose faith in all religious institutions.

 

I was going to share this story this morning but the story I read suggested he was joking.

Perhaps he was. But **** if that's not one of the most disgusting things I've seen in a while.

 

What a terrible day to have functioning eyes.

 

Perverts are found in every institution, religious or otherwise. Look at politics, financial sectors or non-profits. Don't blame the system, blame the individuals allowing corruption.

I’ve been an admirer of the Dalai Lama and think there is a lot of wisdom in what he says but this is shocking. The Dalai Lama is known for having an odd sense of humor and at best this could just be him doing a horrendously out of touch joke. Even if there wasn’t a depraved intent behind it is very very inappropriate of him and that he even did it publicly shows that he is very out of touch or possibly even suffering a mental decline.
