    Great.

We've been the worst team in the regular season for 3 straight years in case you didn't notice?

What happens if Harden returns but we get the 5th pick?
Will you have the sads or be content in that scenario?

if we ended up with the 5th pick, that would mean we need Harden even more

Wemby is seen as a generational big man prospect, and that level of prospect ends up great regardless of environment, coaching, and surrounding talent…AD drafted by the Pelicans and Embiid by the Process Sixers for example

A guy taken 5th tho and not viewed as generational? Far more likely that things like environment and other factors play a role in the level they ultimately reach

guys like Jalen, Jabari, etc are in desperate need of an elite playmaker and floor general, and if we’re picking 5th, their proper development will become all the more imperative

@Reeko I know we give Tilly a lot of **** for not building a better practice court, but it don't seem to bother our boy.

Rockets 'Very Much In Play' For James Harden, 'Future Is Very Unclear In Philadelphia'

There continues to be dialogue in the media linking James Harden with a potential return to the Houston Rockets this offseason. The Rockets will have max cap space and Harden has interest in a return to the franchise he played for between 2012 and 2021.

How the Philadelphia 76ers fare in the playoffs could go a long ways in determining what happens with Harden.

"James Harden's future is very unclear in Philadelphia," said Adrian Wojnarowski on his podcast. "Houston is very much in play for him. And I think a lot may depend on [whether] they make a run and win and it's easy to pay him long-term big money, or he just wants to be in Houston. Win or lose he goes, or it's dependent on the team's success."

Harden re-signed with the Sixers last offseason on a two-year, $68.6 million deal.

Harden has gone 2 straight games without a single free throw. Has that ever happened at any point of his career?

he has taken 34 shots and not one free throw…2-13 on 2 point field goals after shooting 50% on twos during the regular season

he’s shooting the 3 at 43% on almost 11 attempts a game and handing out his usual 10 assists a night

Signing him to a huge deal would be a BIG mistake.

agreed. If we are picking 5th and don’t trade the pick I think we could take amen or jarace and be pretty stoked with Harden in the guard rotation

doesn't it concern u guys that james wants to be here?

he wants to get paid and enjoy life. how does that help us? sure from a talent standpoint, he makes us better but is it worth it to punt our cap space for someone who rather be comfortable than win?

Who would we be signing that’s coming here to win?

I would hope the front office would go a different direction if we draft Scoot or Amen. If we draft Wemby, bringing back Harden just makes too much sense in that scenario--we might be back in the playoffs instantly, just about the only outcome where I could see that happening.

A three year deal would be best, though. It'll largely depend on what, if anything, Philly offers him. I would rather have Harden for 3 years at the max than FVV for 4 years at nearly the max. Fits our timeline better, and Harden is still a better player than VanVleet.
