    Playoffs head to head

    Dame 1
    Harden 0

Now tell me the TS% when they faced each other.

But what you said was Dame is way better than Harden and “always has been”….

I mean has their ever been a whose better than who debate where someone seriously argued that the only thing that counts in this debate is the results of 1 6 game series when they played each other? The hundreds of other regular season games and 100 or so other playoff games in their careers don’t count?

It is your assertion that Harden is a playoff choking loser but somehow his overall playoff numbers are better than Dame’s playoff AND regular season numbers…. Shouldnt Dame have clearly better numbers of that were true? Specifically his scoring and efficiency which are the two things these two guys are most known for?

Perfectly reasonable to say that Dame outplayed Harden head to head in 1 particular series.

It’s nonsensical trolling to say Dame is better than Harden and “always has been”.

There’s not a single writer/website/publication that has ever made the argument that for their careers(regular season or playoffs)Dame>Harden. Because it’s a dumb troll take.

Give Dame the same supporting casts that Harden had and he’d have a ring or two.

Give Harden's existing supporting cast (and himself in 2020) health and he'd have two rings.

I have always said that impossible to prove hypotheticals are the foundation that all great arguments are built on.

If Harden had Curry’s supporting cast he would be going for his 8th or 9th title. Yippeeee

If I’m Portland I’m drafting in the lotto and telling Dame to write a list of destinations

So Portland is going to be the next ATL or Minny giving away their next 5 drafts for a B tier star?

Would be so much smarter to trade Dame for a haul of picks and start over around Sharpe.

Eh I don't get the fascination with Sharpe. His self creation skills are very weak. Not a type of player to build around. His best case scenario is Philly Iggy.

That's not even possible because what Curry stands for is the opposite of what Harden stood for and that is, rapid movement without the ball and 40+% 3 point shooting over multiple years.

He'd probably fit best in Toronto and Miami, maybe Washington, but what is a team giving up for him? A gutted Toronto for Dame makes no sense. What does Miami have that Portland wants? I honestly think the Nets would be great spot if they keep Bridges and Cam J, but not like Portland would take Ben Simmons and they have no picks do they?

Portland waited too long and Dame waited too long and wasted this whole season. Should have been traded at the deadline. Would have been the same age Drexler was traded and Dame could have been putting on a show on a contender right now. Now Portland has to settle on a whack trade or throw away more of their future for low tier vets for some more mediocre Play In Tourney hopes at best because i don't see a high tier disgruntled star becoming available and Portland having more than another team to make it happen.

If Harden stays in Philly and we land Wemby, i guess i'd take Dame for Alpi, KPj and KjM and the Clippers pick. No, i don't want to lose Alpi. Wemby would just make it easier to make that win now move.
