    Because it notes those years as protected, and notes the years that are unprotected. I don't see why they would associate 2023 as protected if it wasn't.

    I think you are misreading that. The protected language relates to the 2023 Miami pick.

    2023 FRP via Miami: protected (1 - 14)
    2023 swap: unprotected

    No, I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm just saying the wording can be interpreted multiple ways, so now I'm not sure. I'm just going to wait and see what happens. Too many moving parts now for me to be too worried about it. I just want the Rockets to keep the LAC pick no matter where it lands. I don't want that Bucks pick.
