Suck to lose a series to Detroit, but baseball is like that sometimes. I don't think Dusty wanted Diaz on the roster, because he is very much giving him the short end of the stick in terms of playing time. Neither he nor Julks have looked great in the early going, but Julks is basically starting everyday. He finally came through and had a good game, I would like to see Diaz be given the same chance. No excuse for Chas and Hensley to not be starting 80% of the time, just none. Dubon isn't some god tier 2B that would justify his anemic bat being in the lineup more than once or twice a week.
His career was an anomaly. he was very productive for someone that only played 6 years. He left the game healthy too.
NO! WE MUST BREAK DOWN EVERY MOMENT...EVERY PITCH AND CRITICIZE IT TO THE END OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously...we get off to these mediocre starts every season and they seem to end up pretty fantastic. Other than the oblivious decisions to play Chas over Myers and Hensley over Dubon, I'm good with the start. Yes, I'd prefer to be 7-0 but it could certainly be worse. And eventually, we'll ADD Brantley and Altuve to this lineup.
I was at the game today, and I can solidly confirm that, based on this 1 game, we are definitely repeating as WS Champs…but if we lose a game this weekend, I’ll have to reconsider and probably say we suck just ‘cause.

Signs of life! It is a bumpy road on the way to another World Series Title. I am really hoping that Brantley can hit consistently again. He would be a perfect DH. Altuve will add a lot of pop when he returns. The bottom half of the lineup is a work in progress.
Unfortunately, I am not surprised by the lack of tolerance you have received in your response. Sorry for having to endure the bigotry of others, Solid.
