Todd Mcshay finally made the switch to Stroud at 1. He was holding Young to 1 for a while.. looking at Daniel Jeremiah down the line if he makes the switch also.
**** McShay and Kiper. All I know is whoever Carolina picks, the Texans finally get a good rookie QB at the helm. It's definitely looking up from having shitty Mills last season....
I've been contemplating a trade back from #2. Why? The Cardinals have some leverage because speculation is that teams like TEN, LAS, IND and others may want to move up to #3 to lock in whoever CAR and HOU doesn't take at QB. What if Caserio lets ARZ make that trade and then barter with the teams that missed out on #3? My favorite wildcard is a trade with SEA. SEA has perfect situation for a developmental QB--vet QB in place, great WRs, proven HC, etc. Moving to #2 (2600 value) would likely take #5 (1700 value), #20 (850 value) and something else depending on how bad they want a QB and what other teams are offering. If we could get another SEA pick(s) this year or next in the 2nd-4th range, would you do it? My thought: If you can squeeze another 2nd rounder (SEA has 2--37 and 52 in 2023) this year or next, I think I do it. Gives us 3 1st rounders this year and either another 2nd this year or next. I'm not convinced on any of the QBs, so increasing overall talent would be my focus this year and reason I'd pursue this option.
I can’t wait to the draft comes so we can ends all the bs!! Todd and Mel are just as plugged in as Lance and Daniel and they have Stroud going 1.. no one knows what the hell is going on
Funny enough I don’t think Skip and Shannon actually got the report from Demeco of what he will do at 2 rather than listening to Peter King so called report!
Ryans straight up said they are drafting a QB at #2 https://www.espn.com/blog/houston-t...eus-to-help-put-a-young-qb-in-line-to-succeed
