Lead actor was on iCarley and a bunch of other kids TV shows as a child actor. Also, his last name is basso.
It was an entertaining B quality show. If they had good actors and better production value it could have been better but for what Netflix pays out I think they did decent.
It’s not breaking bad quality but with the budget it was a fun show. approved for a 2nd season which in Netflix world is a big deal
Average. Lots of female characters in positions of power and making things happen with varying degrees of character complexity, typical white male villains of varying ages, below average minority representation and minimal LGBTQ content. Overall, pretty decent show, I enjoyed it, not the greatest quality of dialogue, acting or budget but I hope season 2 improves on it.
Very tempting to give it a try, seems like a mid tier woke and I'm cool with that. I tried watching Poker Face and couldn't get passed episode 3.....
I wouldn't be surprised if this was the first AI generated script. The first 3 episodes have been a complete rip-off of this genre. I think the worst cliché is the plot driver. Woman 'might' have seen antagonist face so he is forced to chase her all over in attempts to eliminate her, despite him showing up on thousands of surveillance videos in the process.
