With the news that the Iran Hostage Crisis was a real conspiracy that Reagan's guys did which was paramount to treasonous to sway an election, and the effects we are now see with Global Warming that was laughed at then, I think it's safe to say that Jimmy Carter was a way better president historically than he was in terms of electability at the time of his re-election.

Since Nixon, the GOP has just always operated as an outlet for the worst schemers, and grifters we have in this country. It started with Nixon, and it probably won't end with Trump unfortunately. Who stated the entire financial system will be based around the Yuan? BRICS is wanting to implement an SDR type of accounting. Yuan is the beginning.
This also has nothing to do with replacing the USD as the world reserve currency. This has everything to do with creating a financial settlement system that is not controlled by the west. In other words, putting an end to the United States ability to sanction other nations.
