DA Pratt made a campaign promise to his constituents and he delivered. It will be tough for the former president to beat that many charges in NY.
Trump should plead this one down to a misdemeanor and just be done with it - of the 4(!) potential felony cases against him, the federal ones seem a lot more serious. Also, LOL the Republican party will never be rid of Trump. What a bunch of cowards. Every day there's an off ramp, and every day they stick with this ****ing loser.
How do you know they are felony counts? Has anyone seen the indictment? If he cooked books, sure that's bad. But what will be really be bad is if he was trying to cook the books to hide violating campaign finance laws. Then he's cooked.
My only complaint is I wish the bigger indictments came first regarding Georgia, Jan 6th, classified documents, etc, etc. This should have been last and just the cherry on top.
If this were anybody but Trump this is 100% correct. But he can't. He's spent the last 10 years making never admitting fault or guilt the core of his being. If he turns his back on that philosophy, his entire persona crumbles like so much Cheetoh™ dust.
I did not realize it is election season. The first primary is a year away. So by just announcing you are running for President over a year before the first Primary is election interference and should not happen? Okay I am going to go with that. So for my announcement. I will be running as an Independent in the 2024 United States Presidential Election. As of this moment I cannot be charged for any criminal acts I may or may not commit. Time to Crime, b****es!
