The White House could deny them press credentials. No presence at White House briefings. No White House lawn reports. etc.

FOX CEO Murdoch conceded in his testimony that he had the power to take the election deniers off the air. “I could have; but I didn’t,” he said.
He obviously was more concerned about the cable channel’s ratings, greed, and pursuit of power.

In presenting its case, Dominion also subpoenaed and disclosed Fox News internal communications that revealed staff members knew
they were lying to their conservative audience in their efforts to maintain higher viewer ratings.

FCC should revoke Fox broadcast license

Fox News has been granted a broadcast license to use the American airwaves that belong to all of us. Their reckless disregard for the public welfare, and
naked thirst for profits, represents a fraud on American citizens. It is a breach of any journalistic standard, and of the responsibility conferred by their license.

Where is Oak Park and who is this person who wrote a letter to the editor that you shared?

Murdoch has always been a tabloid merchant. He was able to go global from selling scandals and celebrity gossip.

He was, but this goes beyond that. He wasn't broadcasting something that might be true or omitted parts of a story. This was intentionally broadcasting lies disguised as informative possibilities after he was told that it was 100% false by the Fox's own internal fact checkers.

This is the only punishment that would actually matter. You lie and deceive you should be held accountable. They won’t lose their license and they likely won’t be forced to change their name from News to Entertainment either.

    Sorry folks life isn’t fair.

If Fox Business was knowingly lying to its viewers and tricking them into buying time shares and other stupid investments, would they be allowed to stay in the air?

Why does Fox News get to openly lie?

Only 41% is terrible when you only poll your own viewers
